Departure by motorboat from Quarto D'Altino, guided tour of the Torre dei Carraresi, the Church of Santa Maria Assunta with the beautiful frescoes by Tiepolo, Villa Frezza-Malipiero where Ernest Hemingway wrote part of his "Across the river and into the trees” and Villa Bembo-Caliari which belonged to the heirs of the famous Paolo Veronese. After a short journey by motorboat, we will stop in Cendon to visit the small village and its Venetian villas from the outside. The excursion will continue with a stop in Casier and then we will continue navigating along the mysterious Burci Cemetery. Lunch on board the ship. We will discover the charm of one of the longest resurgent rivers in the world, through stops in the traditional coastal villages and panoramic views along the Venetian villas.
