On board small and silent boats we discover with a guide the main branches of the Po Delta, departing from Porto Tolle. It is the most natural and evocative branch of the Delta Park, the one least modified by human action: for this very reason it is ideal for birdwatchers. The floodplain of the Cà Pisani Oasis and the vast riparian woods of poplars and willows that embrace this branch are the ideal habitat for many birds, such as the Kingfisher, the Bee-eater and the entire heron family, which nest in the Cà Venier heronry, the largest heron nesting site in the Delta Park.
